Sensity seeks a Service Support Specialist who will enhance service excellence across Supported Living and Community programs. This role emphasizes collaborative engagement, modeling best practices, and advancing person-centered approaches. As a leader and resource, you'll support teams in delivering high-quality services while working closely with the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and modeling for Intervenors' practices
• Address complex service challenges as a trusted advisor
• Produce summary notes from program visits for team learning
• Equip Intervenors with essential knowledge and resources
• Lead program-specific onboarding experiences for new staff
