Service Supervisor

SMS Equipment is looking for a Service Supervisor to lead and support shop and field service operations at our Williams Lake branch. This role provides hands-on leadership to technicians and welders, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance and repair of heavy mining equipment while delivering strong customer service and operational excellence. Work Location: Williams Lake, BC.
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus eligibility for overtime.
Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working from the branch or customer site each day.
Schedule: 5x2 schedule, with flexibility to support operational needs (potential for 7x7 rotation). What You’ll Do

Schedule, assign, and coordinate daily work scopes for shop and field technicians, including welding and field service activities.

Provide visible safety leadership through toolbox talks, mentorship, and daily reinforcement of safe work practices.
