Enhance operations service quality with our Estate and Trust Service team as a Service Specialist in Toronto. Manage relationships, resolve issues, and elevate operational efficiency in this full-time role.
As a key member of the Estate and Trust Service team, you will serve as a central point of contact for front office staff and internal partners. Your role includes being a Subject Matter Expert in service escalations, researching inquiries, and advocating for high Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance. You will identify service quality gaps and recommend actionable solutions, while supporting change initiatives.
