What You’ll Do
- Complete Hockey equipment repairs including skate sharpening, profiling, holder and runner installation, and gear repairs.
- Maintain all shop equipment and service area.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.
- Stay up to date on new equipment and fitting and maintenance techniques.
What You’ll Bring
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about the sports we play in and the equipment we carry.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Previous Service Shop experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust.
- Positive work attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
