- **Portuguese, English and Spanish required, fluent in all 3.
They will attend mainly Portuguese calls, might attend Spanish calls occasionally.
Fluent English required since they are dealing with global teams internally.

- **On-site in Monterrey, Mexico, exact location is Obispado Area - Torres Obispado building(10 min from Downtown Monterrey).
No hybrid/remote option.
**:
- **5 working days, 2 days off(Subject to change, could be 1 day, but generally 2 days off).
**:
- **24/7 availability - Rotational shift(Morning, Afternoon, Night).
