Requirements

  • Education: Lic. or Engineer. Technical Career or Baccalaureate
  • Fluent conversation in Portuguese and intermediate to advanced level in English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or service desk processes
  • Previous product support experience involving technical support, billing processes, or service desk account experience (required)
  • Excellent customer service skills and capabilities
  • Good presentation skills and ability to relate to clients
  • Confident communication of current performance and improvement ideas to the client
