Requirements
- Education: Lic. or Engineer. Technical Career or Baccalaureate
- Fluent conversation in Portuguese and intermediate to advanced level in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or service desk processes
- Previous product support experience involving technical support, billing processes, or service desk account experience (required)
- Excellent customer service skills and capabilities
- Good presentation skills and ability to relate to clients
- Confident communication of current performance and improvement ideas to the client
- Technical knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Hardware infrastructure support: laptops, desktops, LAN issues, printer configuration, etc.
