Service Desk Analyst

This is a temporary full-time role at Haldimand County, with an annual compensation range of $67,613 to $82,282

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting corporate ITS Service Desk activities while acting as the first point of contact for technical support across the organization. This role includes conducting incident reporting, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for applications, hardware, software, and cybersecurity practices and procedures. You will also deliver IT support services that empower staff and Council members, while assisting in the development and delivery of corporate computer training programs for County staff.
