Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in driving customer success, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining operational excellence.
- Handle operator scheduling, payroll, and attendance management.
- Coordinate responses to service disruptions and serve as the primary customer contact for scheduling and service changes.
- Assist in recruitment, performance evaluations, and cultivate a positive, accountable workplace culture.
