At this time, we are seeking a Service Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordinating with technicians and customer as needed.
- Answer phones and direct calls as required
- Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or Office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all staff, customers and general public
- Customer service is a must.
