 :Major Job Functions:
Verify service request details, confirm credit approval, apply marketing programs, and review service history.
Open work orders, and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Maintain accurate records in various systems to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
Support Service Supervisors during repair execution, ensuring updates in SRT, CRT, SWIP Tool, OEM Exchanger and M3.
Complete work order adjustments, SG&A forms, warranty and goodwill documentation, and escalate risks as needed.
Schedule and participate in Pre, Mid, and Post job meetings, capturing action items and updating commitment dates.
Arrange transportation, hotshots, and third-party contractor services, including documentation and procurement requests, as required.
