Seeking a Service Coordination Officer for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

  • 3 days per week / Fixed Term 12 months
  • HS2 / $33.79 per hour
  • Based in Myrtleford

Role Overview:

The Service Coordination Officer (CHSP) is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of services within Community Care, ensuring timely and appropriate allocation of staff and resources to all contracted programs. This role also provides administrative and customer service support to Community Care Services across Alpine Health and contributes to the effective and efficient operation of services through active participation as a member of the Community Care team.
