Job Summary
The Native American Financial Services Group (NAFS) provides a variety of financial solutions to the Native American Community. Tailored solutions often call for multiple disciplines within the KeyBank and Key Banc Capital Markets teams to come together to bring the capacity of Key to the client in the most effective and efficient manner. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the NAFS portfolio of tribal clients, including underwriting loans and other credit products for complex tribal governments and their business enterprises working with legal counsel to review and structure loan documentation, ongoing credit monitoring and analysis, and covenant compliance. The Portfolio Manager must understand all aspects of each client's governmental operations and multiple enterprise businesses, including gaming and casino businesses.
