Senior UX Researcher

Overview

Sr. User Experience Researcher – define and execute user research programs across a broad set of experiences and modalities, embedded within a core product area to directly inform product strategy and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Determine and recommend the most efficient and effective user‑centered research approaches—qualitative and quantitative—to solve business needs and guide UX processes.
• Lead exploratory and generative research studies, including discovery research that frames the problem space, identifies user needs, and gathers evidence to define next steps.
• Plan, design, and execute tactical research initiatives such as usability testing and concept testing, using moderated and unmoderated methodologies (e.g., facilitated sessions, surveys, click tests).
• Monitor UX project execution, establishing and tracking relevant UX metrics and product scorecards.
