Job Description
Our Client, a Manufacturing and Distribution Facilities company, is looking for a Sr UI/UX Designer for their Ada, MI location. Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Discovery: Lead discovery to define problems and user needs; translate insights into clear product opportunities and testable hypotheses.
+ End-to-End Execution: Design high-quality, accessible interfaces (Web/iOS/Android) and user flows that move the needle on KPIs like activation and task success.
+ Al-Augmented Workflow: Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, automate repetitive tasks (e.g., component
+ variations, documentation) and synthesize large-scale research data.
+ System Ownership: Evolve our design system (tokens, components, patterns); drive adoption and governance across platforms with accessibility by default.
