Senior Roadway Designer
We are currently hiring a Senior Roadway Designer with advanced roadway and geometric design experience in projects related to municipal roadway, MTO highway and transit within the Greater Toronto Area. Responsibilities
Lead and assist with analysis and design efforts in geometric roadway design and related transportation engineering from feasibility to IFC. Develop urban and rural roadway alignments (horizontal/vertical), cross sections, and corridor layouts. Design intersection and roundabout concepts and details, including sight distance, channelization, auxiliary lanes, and access management. Integrate active transportation facilities (cycling and pedestrian) within new and retrofit corridors. Review and supervise the work of junior team members and project documents prior to submittal, ensuring technical accuracy.
