Senior Technician QC In-line Inspection

Overseeing or executing in-line inspections for samples in production, according to given standards.Ensuring quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as testing and measuring using specific test equipment.
Documenting results of inspection in the respective IT systems.
Releasing deliveries, products and services which meet expectations.
Deciding on stoppage for (semi-)products which does not meet quality requirements and escalates cases.
A job at this level…
Takes samples deployed from warehouse, production or products claimed and resend by customer.
Selects and applies appropriate tests for parts, materials or products, and utilizes the respective lab test equipment.
Clarifies identified quality issues with involved stakeholder, supplier, and/or customers.
Executes reporting and contributes to decision for appropriate measures
Archives samples according to guidelines in the sample store, for documentation reasons.
