Job Description

Enhance customer satisfaction as a Senior Service Technician focused on technical support. You'll manage customer inquiries and provide expert troubleshooting in both French and English.
In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, crafting solutions, and facilitating effective communication with customers and internal teams. With 5 to 10 years of experience required, your robust analytical skills will lead to successful problem resolution processes while supporting the Sales department. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and maintain the training room for optimal organization.
