Senior Technical Training Officer

Responsibilities

• Participate in training series in the Synthetic Environment Advanced Combat Operations Trainer (SEACOT) and the SEAWOLF simulator (Synthetic Environment Advanced Warfare Operations and Leadership Facility).
• Provide full training support in one of the following roles for individual and collective training events: Principal Anti‑Surface Warfare Commander, Above‑Surface Warfare Commander (LASF), Undersea Warfare Commander (UWWC).
• Support training in one of the above roles during operational team training series.
• Support the Royal Canadian Navy by providing instructors with course integration and scenario development support, including development of new scenarios and simulations.
• Provide support to classroom instructors and trainers, focusing on the operations of the combat management system, including tactical updates and operations room procedures.
