About the Role
This role is responsible for leading a high risk, high complexity Custody and Reporting function with a strong focus on operational transformation, client experience, and efficient execution. The Team Leader will modernize processes, strengthen vendor oversight, and enable scalable, compliant outcomes for both clients and the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end performance of a high risk, complex Custody and Reporting function, delivering against key performance indicators, service level objectives, and strong risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
- Provide full people leadership for a diverse team of up to 10 associates, including coaching, development, performance management, engagement, and empowerment of frontline leaders.
- Build deep functional expertise in Custody and Reporting processes, systems, and regulations, achieving functional proficiency within 6 months and expert mastery within 12 months....
