- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in presenting and dealing with supervisory levels within Sanmina and with manufacturers.
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
- Experience communicating, motivating, and persuading with a wide variety of internal customers and manufacturers.
- Comfortable with shifting priorities, timelines, and requirements.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain theory with practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively on cross‑functional teams in a general team environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required material purchases.
