Senior Strategy & Operations Manager

**About the Role**
We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Uber Eats' regulatory and earner experience workstream in Mexico.
In this high-impact role, you'll help shape how we respond to evolving labor regulations while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience for the delivery partners who power our platform.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of complex operational processes-primarily focused on regulatory compliance areas such as onboarding, deactivations, benefits, social security, and payroll deductions.
At the same time, you'll drive long-term strategic initiatives aimed at improving the overall earner experience.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Policy, Product, Finance, and Territory Operations to ensure Uber remains compliant, innovative, and earners-first.
