Senior Strategist, Workplace Advisory

About the role

The Senior Strategist, Workplace Advisory, is a senior member of the team and is responsible for leading and delivering medium-to-large client engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.

The Senior Strategist is responsible for performing complex analysis and problem‑solving tasks related to the following practice areas: Workplace Strategy, Workplace Change Management, and User Experience. The role entails organizing materials, developing recommendations, and contributing to client reports and presentations.

Engage with the client during the research process, co‑facilitating interviews, leading or participating in workshops, focus groups and/or presentations.
