Senior Specialist, TSXV Listings
Job Description
The Senior Specialist, TSXV Listings is responsible for the independent review, analysis, and approval of a variety of corporate finance transactions submitted by listed issuers. This role reports to the Managing Director, TSXV Listings and is hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office) based in Calgary, AB.
Key Accountabilities
- Review applications and proposals submitted by listed issuers, approve transactions or recommend further actions, and communicate decisions to issuers’ management, advisors, auditors, and legal counsel.
- Prepare and send formal correspondence to issuers and disseminate official bulletins to market participants.
- Review and coordinate the processing of issuer filings in a timely manner.
- Prepare written memos summarizing submissions, identifying issues and waiver requests, and providing analysis and recommendations when policy waivers or discretion are required.
