Job Description
Lead strategic architectural initiatives in the Ontario Government as a Senior Solution Architect. Manage complex GIS projects while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
This position involves working on key projects, including Bill 5, as part of the Geospatial Ontario IT Program. You will collaborate with senior architects and technical teams, updating solution architecture artifacts and assisting in governance processes. Your role will be critical in ensuring that all projects meet the necessary requirements and align with overall architecture strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee GIS application architecture design and assessments • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation • Provide project teams with architectural interpretation and advice • Coordinate AGP review and approval meetings • Foster collaboration between technical experts and stakeholders
