Key Responsibilities
Help lead the design and development of scalable full stack systems using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend)
Own complex features end-to-end—from ideation to production—focused on Hiring Assistant workflows
Architect and evolve systems that support AI‑driven hiring experiences (screening, matching, automation)
Integrate and apply AI/LLM tools, agents, and automation frameworks to improve product capability and team velocity
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to deliver fast, high‑quality outcomes
Drive technical decision‑making, including system design, performance, and scalability
