Elevate quality assurance in AI with Dialpad as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. Take ownership of test automation and quality frameworks for advanced AI Voice Agent services.
In this crucial role, you will lead end-to-end quality for Agentic features, blending automation and testing strategies. You’ll collaborate with development teams to ensure a testable, stable experience and create automated tests covering UIs, APIs, and performance tests. This position is located in one of Dialpad’s Canadian offices while reporting to a QA Engineering Manager in the United States.
