Job Description

Job Overview Lantern is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator to support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud. This role will drive major projects, enhance integrations, and ensure data integrity and automation to improve network productivity. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, including Network Sales, Territory Specialists, Commercial Strategy Ops, and Product. 
Location: Hybrid: 3 days/wk (prefer 4‑5 days) in Vancouver, BC, Canada. 
Your Mission Lead end‑to‑end delivery for Health Cloud enhancements (e.g., Medscout integration, territory/account scoring, process automation, refactoring data models, and systematizing provider applications). 
Design, implement, and optimize complex automations (Flows, lightweight Apex) for Health Cloud objects like Network Contracts, Provider Relationships, and scoring logic.
