 The Profile We Want

Conversion Obsessive: You don’t talk in vibes; you talk in Demo-to-Close %, Speed-to-First-Call, and Win Rates by Geography.

Hands-On Leader: You will jump into a LATAM deal, fix a live call, and personally close lighthouse accounts when the team is stuck.
