Senior Sales Consultant, Wealth

Job Description

Position can be located in Calgary or Edmonton. As a Senior Sales Consultant, Wealth, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening advisor relationships across your defined territory. In this role, you will develop and maintain profitable partnerships with MGAs and brokerages, collaborating closely with National Account Consultants and Inside Wholesalers to maximize the reach of RBC Insurance’s Wealth and Investment solutions.

You will act as a trusted partner to insurance advisors by delivering sales concepts, market insights, and product updates, while also providing training and joint field support to help them grow their business. With a focus on relationship‑building, business development, and community engagement, you will identify and prioritize top advisors, expand your external network, and capitalize on opportunities that contribute to both advisor success and RBC’s long‑term growth.
