Senior Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stand, walk for the majority of the shift, bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
• Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store‑related projects.
• Conduct merchandise stock counts.
• Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder.
• Good visual discrimination of fabric patterns and colors.
• Ability to work between multiple store or site locations, and across multiple brands (optional).
