Job Description
Lead product releases as a Senior Release Manager at IFS Copperleaf, ensuring quality deliverables on schedule in a hybrid work environment. Own release planning and coordination while driving cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the VP of Engineering in R&D, this role requires close cooperation with Senior Directors and multiple teams, ensuring that product releases meet committed scopes and timelines. Strong skills in release governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment are essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the release project plan across R&D pillars
• Maintain release calendar and scope baseline
• Partner with Program Managers for release status updates
• Align Operations and Client Experience for support readiness
• Identify and manage release-level risks and issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software delivery
• 3+ years in release management
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and agile practices...
