Senior Reinsurance Broker & Client Solutions Leader

Marsh McLennan is seeking a VP Broker to join our team in Santiago, Chile. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office. The VP Broker will act as an intermediary, analyzing risk portfolios and developing solutions for clients while ensuring satisfaction and sound negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the reinsurance market, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a degree related to finance or insurance.
