We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the most renowned regional main contractors in the region. The business is privately owned and has been established for over 100 years, operating out of several regional offices across the South of England. Typically they undertake projects across the heritage, commercial, education and student accommodation sectors valuing up to £30mil.
As a result of continued growth in the region, they're now looking to expand the commercial team with an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor.
About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects through pre-construction and delivery, working with and mentoring a more junior member of the commercial team. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager.
