Responsibilities

• Oversee and/or conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to ensure they produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.
• Lead development of test plans, test scripts and test data in troubleshooting application problems.
• Perform regression testing of client applications.
• Participate with other project resources to resolve defects.
• Write user guides with the application driver using TACTIC or client desktop training tool.
• Provide Quality Assurance Support to the client by:
• Preparing QA plans and procedures.
• Implementing quality improvement programs.
• Recommending QA tools and techniques.
• Using QA tools and techniques.
• Using corrective action process.
• Using QA measurement techniques.
