Senior QA Specialist - The Sims

You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia. As an Associate Quality Designer, your efforts will focus on ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time through active participation in test responsibilities while maintaining EA's high standard of quality. You will also improve the operational efficiency of QA efforts by assessing current practices and incorporating new strategies, and you will report to the Development Director.

Responsibilities

• You will support quality testing execution and strategy definitions based on design document analysis, and manage progress.
• You will support communication between testing locations to keep track of technical risks.
• You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.
• You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.
