Senior Property Manager, Commercial Property Management (Burnaby, BC)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-year repositioning projects, including construction oversight, tenant buildouts, and landlord’s work
• Manage budgets, P&L, capital management and reporting including analyzing and acting on financial results
• Oversee complex building operations with high service standards
• Build trust with tenants, staff, co-owners, investors, and contractors
