Senior Project Manager for Hydro Projects
Job Description
Drive major hydroelectric projects as a Senior Project Manager at NL Hydro in Newfoundland and Labrador. Ensure project delivery aligns with safety, budget, and timeline requirements.
In this role, you will lead projects from start to finish, managing all aspects including scope development, budgeting, and reporting to leadership. You'll collaborate with engineers and contractors, conducting site visits to oversee construction and ensure adherence to safety management plans. Your insights will facilitate communication among stakeholders, reflecting changes accurately in budgets and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of project life cycles from initiation to closeout
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and maintain budgets
• Review tender packages for quality assurance
• Conduct regular site evaluations and support on-ground teams
• Manage and log project risks effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PEGNL registered
