Lead major capital development projects at Insight Global focused on affordable housing. Manage the full lifecycle from planning to occupancy for projects valued at $60M–$70M.
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects. In this role, you will oversee project schedules, manage contracts, and act as the owner’s representative to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Collaborate with general contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
