Overview The Senior Project Controls Specialist will work on projects of various complexity.

This position will function in guiding others as well as preparing critical tasks.

The Senior Project Controls Specialist supports group leaders in technical and support duties, allowing for the growth and development of the entire team.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and guide team members, fostering development and technical growth.

Serve as a technical resource and escalation point for complex issues.

Support group leaders in workload planning, training initiatives, and process standardization.

Demonstrate leadership through proactive communication, accountability, and collaboration.

Compliance & Process Oversight Ensure projects remain compliant with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
