Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap (TAM/SAM, segmentation, personas, use cases, business cases, pricing/margin levers).
Lead next-gen NPD programs from early concept through launch excellence, ensuring compliant and complete deliverables.
Drive deep customer, market and competitive insights across retail and hospital pharmacy workflows.
Support global expansion strategy (market entry sequencing, channels, partnerships, localized value propositions).
Manage lifecycle performance, including sustaining enhancements, cost/quality programs, and end-of-life decisions.
Enable strong stakeholder alignment and operating rigor across a global matrix organization.
Ensure a strong quality & compliance mindset across claims, evidence and promotional materials.
