Senior Product Manager, New Bets (Pilar)

As the Senior Product Manager for New Bets, you will report to the Head of Product and lead Félix’s most ambitious new product lines, including TUBP (Top‑Up Bill Pay) and P2P (Peer‑to‑Peer) transfers.

Your mission is to transition from learning the ropes to full end‑to‑end ownership within six months, allowing leadership to focus on long‑term strategy while you drive execution, growth, and scalability of these new bets.

You will act as a high‑agency “founder” within the company, coordinating cross‑functionally with the Conversational Experience (CE) squad to ensure a seamless multiproduct journey for our users.

• Own the New Bets product line (TUBP, P2P, and future initiatives) end‑to‑end, managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to go.
