We are looking for a driven Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Building division in Sydney, specialising in the placement of specialist Construction talent across leading contractors, developers, and client-side organisations.

This is a genuine 360 billing role — you'll own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer management. You'll be operating in a market characterised by strong and sustained activity across commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial asset classes, where the very best construction professionals are always in high demand.
