Senior Performance Lead: Loadrunner, Azure & Power Bi

We are seeking a experienced Performance Lead with at least 8 years of hands‐on experience in end‐to‐end performance testing.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in LoadRunner, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage client‐side performance analysis, present results to business stakeholders and conduct discussions on the same.
Work as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication, task alignment, and delivery timelines.
