Job Description
PEER is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.
Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that enhance workforce capability, employee engagement, organisational culture, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and workplace issues.
