  Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
  Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
  Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
  Supervise warehouse traffic and van audits, ensuring safe vehicle movements.
