Senior Operations Manager (Santiago)

About the Role

Our LatAm Travel team works in close collaboration with in-market regional teams and is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution for airport operations across Latin America. We are looking for a sharp, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a strong mix of project management, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability. In this role, you will operationalize processes and lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will help define strategy and deliver results for airports across LatAm, working closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders including Central Operations, General Product, Community Operations, and Marketing.
