Ref: 211377 Senior Medical Officer | Emergency Medicine/Wards Western NSW
GP VMO - daily ward rounds 0800 hrs until completed (approx. 1000 hrs) then onsite at hospital until 1700 hrs. Then be on-call overnight. Required to participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meeting on Monday morning at the Hospital. All presentations to the Hospital or concerns regarding inpatients will be referred to the Doctor for review Twenty two bed unit providing Emergency, Acute Care, Medical Imaging and Pathology services. The Visiting Medical Officer works Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and is on call after hours for emergencies. The Virtual Rural Generalist Medical Service (VRGS) supports the VMO, nursing staff and patients by providing 24/7 support through use of Telehealth. Accommodation and travel provided Details
