All-Equip is a family-owned trailer manufacturing, fabrication and repair company located in St. Mary's, Ontario and Stratford, Ontario. Founded in 2011, All Equip has become a leader of feed and grain trailers for the agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of grain and specialty trailers, including chassis, suspension integration, and structural components.
- Create and review 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings (Onshape).
- Translate concepts, sketches, and field requirements into production-ready designs.
- Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards and regulations (transport, safety, load requirements).
