Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing sales personnel commission, including the formulation of commission policies and setting performance targets for sales personnel.
  • Responsible for statistical analysis of sales personnel commission data, providing timely data reports and performance analysis to unit leaders and HR.
  • Responsible for communication and coordination regarding commission policy clarification and anomaly data correction with various divisions and sales personnel at regional units.
  • Responsible for drafting company operational analysis reports and specialized analysis materials.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Management and Internal Audit to ensure compliance and audit matters related to sales management.
