Job Description
Transform Autodesk’s future as a Senior Manager in Software Development. Lead the Platform and Data Engineering organization, focusing on innovation and agile methodologies.
This role involves directing multiple Agile teams to build critical software platforms that support Autodesk's success. You will design strategic architectures and ensure the reliability and scalability of platforms, web services, and data products. Work alongside product managers and architects to influence project outcomes and drive an efficient engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Agile teams of data and full-stack engineers
• Define and implement technical strategies for projects
• Ensure high scalability and reliability of int and data services
• Guide development of APIs and web services
• Promote automation and CI/CD practices for improved delivery
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in leading engineering teams
